4. Payment and Refunds

14-Day Return Right

• You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, without giving any reason.

• To exercise this right, inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement via email to our support team before the 14-day period expires.

• Upon cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Refund Exceptions

• The right to cancel does not apply if you have accessed or downloaded a significant portion of the course content within the 14-day period.

• If technical issues prevent access, and our support team cannot resolve them within 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund outside the standard return period.
